One of the best things about Heap was the ability to use retroactive event tracking on areas of our mobile app that we weren't paying close attention to before, are there other services out there that can compete with Heap on this front? And if so, what were the advantages or disadvantages of that service?

I am trying to look for a way that I can track my online says and in-store sales all in one and also cloud bases. In the past, I have used Lightspeed that did this but wasn't happy with a couple of other things but they did have this option where I could track both sales in both my branches in the UK as well. Also, do you provide a till system? Like the actual machinery service using an iPad or any device that you provide to your customers. A sort of package deal for subscribing with Magento with tech equipment and things like that.
