Hi James, I recommend viewing your pipelines per position in either the "Applicants" or "Candidates" tabs. This will show you a high level view of who is in what bucket as well as what has been completed on that person. Try following these steps: Click on "jobs" in the upper left hand corner Select the job title you are looking to view the pipeline of Within that role you should see "applicants" and "candidates" tabs (along with Hires, Declined, and Details). When viewing the pipelines in either applicants or candidates you should see that broader overview it sounds like you are looking for. Had the same issue with this company - four different certificates/grades transcripts were submitted on four different occasions, but the researcher seemed to be unable to verify the details of the degree provided despite the candidate having provided them with the email details/direct phone number of the awarding university.
