You are automatically set to be charged every month unless you cancel your subscription which is not easy to find, at all. Instead of running an honest business, they drag as much money as they can from you and refuse to refund you. Currently, I am trying to get my money back through my bank. We believe the user didn't notice the thousands of other templates in our library. For clarification: We have nine different project types within the Create area (this is when you select "New Project" in the dashboard), and within those project types, we have 100s and even 1000s of templates available that are fully customizable in the Editor.
