Data-Centric Security Software Resources

Egnyte is a software that helps the cloud platform to sync and share corporate files as well as content and data management for my business customers.

It would be really helpful to edit documents together with my colleagues, similar to Google Docs. I'm wondering if it is at all possible to have multiple people edit the same document at once, rather than having a document be locked when one person is using it. This could make editing more collaborative, and helpful for someone like me working on grants. Is this possible? Thank you for your help.
