I'm searching for a way to send my customer invoice pdf, so right now im using Zappier to connect my Quickbooks account(accounting software) and WATI(which i use to send those invoice template to customer's whatsapp). But right now i just able to send them link to view the pdf, as well as my customers would think that it is a bit insecure to click on the link, i would like to know if i can provide WATI the link and WATI can change the link into pdf. It is custom link for all customers, and i made this by automation.

Hi Aiman, Yes. It's possible to send a different PDF for every message. You will have to pass a public URL of the PDF and WATI will automatically get the PDF and send to the user on WhatsApp. For this, you need to create a template with document media header and add the value such as {{pdfLink}} in the media header field. From Zapier or API call, you can pass a parameter called "pdfLink" and our system takes care of things automatically there-on. I hope this is clear. Yes you can... put the pdf in a drive and add the link in the template message
