Am I missing seeing some basic functionality that's available? Hi Julie, Are you an administrator or member of the library staff? If so, you can add keywords, captioning, and other metadata for images via the "Edit image IPTC Information". It's found under the actions menu bar on the backend. One that I find very useful is PhotoMechanic. It reduces the amount of time uploading images in batches to particular galleries. In addition, is the go-to-tool to add extra key words to images, individually or in batches, saving a lot of time and effort. Hope this helps. It has basically been replaced by Work Spaces which is more flexible in downloads and permissions plus sharing.
