Yes, Lessonly allows for specific users to be "experts" in specific lessons. If any Lessonly user has a question about that specific lesson, it will be routed to the designated expert. Lessonly also allows for a content creator role, which enables users to update, maintain, and create new lessons in their area of expertise.

Lessonly believes that the vendor to client relationship should be a two-way partnership, not a one-way communication channel. All of our partners are encouraged to work with their Client Experience Manager to discuss new ideas on product innovatation. We take all customer feedback, issues and suggestions into account and organize them into problem statements. These problem statements are utilized by our Product team to prioritize and build new features. We also work with clients to help expirement, beta, and launch new product features.

Lessonly is serious about assessment. Not just one-time snapshots, but a continuous focus on the most important aspects to a successful training program. Our Insights dashboard is purpose-built to give you the actionable data needed make training decisions. Lessonly also has an open API that opens up access to nearly any data point in the Lessonly platform. This can be used to populate custom reports and dashboards via the third-party analytics tool of your choice.
