I have an existing employee who wants to change his W-4. He doesn't have a printer, or I would email him the document. Do I need to provide him a paper copy, or is there some way to do this in Ease?
We have been using Original Hire Date to show someone's PT hire date then Hire Date to show when they moved to a FT position. We use this to better determine accruals and review dates for rate changes. Would just using the employment status table make more sense for this or does anyone else do something similar?
Is there a helpful place I can go to get answers specific to payroll, such as how do I set up this code and what will it do in regards to taxes, deductions, etc.?
