Question on: Outlaw
How can I create a multiple check the box list.
The only thing that I can achieve is a simple dropdown list.
Hi Luis,
Being able to multi-select in a variable list is not fully built out yet, but our engineering team has the feature on Outlaw's product roadmap. It should be released by January next year, if not sooner. :)
If we can help you figure out an interim solution, please feel free to reach out to the team at hello@getoutlaw.com, and we can set up a time to meet.
Thanks Luis!

Question on: Outlaw
How can I use this for contracts compliance?
I'd like to use Outlaw also to manage all contract risks and ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations, because at the moment I only know how to use the redline tool for this.
Hey there! Charlotte here from Outlaw. Yes, you can use Outlaw to track your contractual obligations and risks in a couple different ways:
1) For milestone-based obligations, date variables can capture key timelines, and can be set up in dashboard reports to provide easy-to-reference lists of important dates or deadlines.
2) To keep track of contract risk or disadvantageous clauses as far as compliance goes, the presence of certain clauses or terms can also be tracked via dynamic variable fields, making it easy to filter your entire contract repository based on the specific terms and obligations you are looking to fulfill. Filtered views can also be saved for efficient tracking.
I'd be happy to give you an overview on best practices and getting them set up!
