Regarding many other cloud-based platforms, a small percentage (5% - 10%) seem to go out of business or have their source codes simply just "break" all the while I have tonnes of hard work & contents already built up on their websites. This is despite them stating that their fee is a once-off cost FOR LIFE!!! My question to you is... How do I know that for sure I am absolutely guaranteed that your management tool - namely ContentStudio will not be going out like a candle within the near future?
I like how user-friendly Canva is while still producing professional-looking designs, especially with templates, drag-and-drop editing, Magic Studio, real-time collaboration, and Brand Kit for consistent colors, fonts, and logos. The main frustrations are the free plan’s limited premium assets and watermarks, plus less precision for advanced work (layer control and vector editing) and some mobile restrictions. It’s still saved me hours each week for social posts, presentations, thumbnails, and basic videos. How do you work around these limitations while keeping your workflow fast and on-brand?
I’m exploring the best tools for creating multi-format content, including video, presentations, training, and more. Have you tried any of these?
- VEED: Intuitive browser-based editor for videos with subtitles, templates, and export options tailored for multiple platforms.
- 1min.AI: AI-driven tool that quickly generates short videos, presentations, and social snippets in multiple styles.
- iSpring Suite: Comprehensive toolkit to create interactive courses, quizzes, and multimedia presentations in PowerPoint.
Which of these tools do you think works best for multi-format content creation, and what’s been your experience?
