I would personally prefer to pay an extra if it assures a good service. Thank you for your feedback! We are working to improve the responsiveness of each team every day. For our customers on paid plans, we are ready to guarantee a fixed response time (SLA), including engineers in charge of API integrations. That's a great question, Nasser, thank you for asking. Linguists, even in the current set-up, can enable their own resources, including the TBs, if they have a license of their own. Therefore, if you have a Team edition, for example, and a client shares a job with you, you have the option to add your own TB. In case you, as a linguist, are assigned a user account and resources by a translation agency or a direct client, it is up to them to prepare and upload those. I've been using it since 2012 and it's still my favorite CAT tool, because it's so quick and reliable.
