[Which are the best platforms for automating compensation reviews?](/discussions/which-are-the-best-platforms-for-automating-compensation-reviews)

For growing companies and mid-sized organizations, manual compensation reviews can quickly become time-consuming and error-prone. We’re looking at platforms that automate review cycles while giving managers enough flexibility to make informed decisions.

We’re currently exploring:

- **CaptivateIQ** – known for automating compensation workflows and approvals.
- **Pave** – for real-time compensation planning and scenario modeling.
- **Lattice** – for tying compensation reviews to performance data.
- **ChartHop** – for visualizing compensation changes across the organization.

More specific questions we’re evaluating:

- How much manual work do these tools actually eliminate during review cycles?
- Can managers easily model different compensation scenarios before finalizing decisions?
- How well do approval workflows adapt to complex org structures?

For a team running recurring review cycles with limited HR bandwidth, we’re trying to understand which platform delivers the biggest efficiency gains. If you’ve automated comp reviews using any of these tools, what impact did you see?

Why no reviews?

TopOpps was acquired by Xactly at that time and became Xactly Forecasting
