Hi Stevie, I hope that you've been able to contact the Accelo Support team regarding your question since originally posting. But just in case, we'd suggest utilizing Retainers to handle any recurring tasks that are always consistent. Within the Retainer configuration settings, you're able to use Task Templates to ensure that the task is always the same each month. i wonder when you guys update integration with pabbly and nifty?

Hi Daniel, We currently integrate with Zapier only and aim to be an all-in-one solution, but we did receive some requests for Integromat and Pabbly. We'll likely integrate with a Zapier alternative in the future, but we can't confirm which or when at the moment. If you're already a SuiteDash client, feel free to add the request to the feedback board or upvote an existing one!

How do you handle them, rate them, do you put them in circles etc? How does your workflow look like?

Hi Vincent, In SuiteDash, leads can be added to email marketing lists and sorted in the CRM, but they can't access the portal. This means they won't be able to sign contracts, receive emails via Secure Messaging or be updated on projects. We have a "prospect" role, though, which is a step before the Client and still has access to the portal.
