The time between receiving the request and receiving the notification is influenced by various factors, such as the Internet connection and the browser. We recommend ensuring that all operators are authorized to receive all notifications. You can check this by clicking on the small padlock next to the URL in the browser. Operators can also activate the inactivity alert. Operators will therefore receive an alarm if a client's message waits too long.
