No, you can't modify ticker details from Freshchat

it's is possible with freshchat and freshdesk integration, and you can see these details in custom properties on the right side of the freschat, but you can't change this details about the ticket

i think that the best way to to develp Freshdesk Messaging is to update it every week and work on the bugs at it to help the agent to like it more as per the most problem at it at the last period as per the the freshdesk became away and make the agent avoid chat without he know i think if this prblem is solved the tool its become better and also to mange the number of chat that comes to one agent to help him to focus more
