I'm looking for recruiting platform that will help source candidates. Saying that I'm not a big fan of per-seat pricing (it doesn't make sense to us). What are my alternatives?

Talenya is priced per job posted on our platform. We do not use per-seat pricing and there is no seat limitation. The cost per job varies depending on quantities. The great thing is that if we are unable to deliver at least one interview per job, there is no charge.
