Check your rules...you need to go to you home screen tab and click on rules under the move header under the home tab....click on that and it should show you the rules you can make or made..... for instance you can create a rule that whenever you receive a email you can have it sent to a specific folder.....like I have a survey I have to take every morning and I have that going into my survey folder.....but when the dialogue box opens you just have to create new rule

The little dot on your profile indicates your status in Outlook for Mac. It is also called Presence.
This status is based from your schedule on the Calendar and it syncs with your chat app like Skype for Business or Teams. For example, if you are in a meeting, your status information in Teams/Skype changes to In a meeting. Also, when you set your Automatic Replies in Outlook, the status in Teams/Skype displays your Out of Office message.
Here is a list of different types of status and what they mean:
Online/Available - When you’re active in Teams/Skype for Business and don’t have anything in your calendar (no meetings or calls, for example).
Busy - When you want to focus on something, and you do want notifications to pop up. If you’re in a meeting or call, Teams/Skype for Business will automatically change your status to In a meeting or In a call.
Do not Disturb - When you want to focus or present your screen and don’t want notifications to pop up.
Away - Teams will automatically set your status from Available to Away when you lock your computer or when it enters idle or sleep mode.
Unknown - When a contact is not present in your company's active directory the contact's status is shown as unknown.

I have invested with some scam brokers in the past, and the story is as horrific as the ones i have read because i went through the ordeal myself. I lost almost $140,000, to this unfortunate brokers, there a friend referred me to a recovery firm that got me 90% of my money back, plus my accrued bonuses. Please stay clear of these scammers and if you have lost money you can still get your money back if you really want to, you can reach out to (borsatom320@gmail.com) Telegram @Borsatom

Customize your experience – As a productivity powerhouse, Outlook comes loaded with many features, but we’ve learned that most of you don’t always need them all, all the time. We are giving you options to make the Outlook experience your own with the ability to simplify the ribbon, personalize your inbox, and apply additional themes.
Get things done faster – The updates make reading, composing, and taking action in emails and meetings faster. A more responsive web development framework and a modern design lets you see, read and respond to emails and meeting invitations, and attach files quicker.
Stay organized – Intelligent technology, highlights, special icons and visual changes provide a modern calendar view to help you focus on your day and week, speeds up the process of creating and sending meeting requests, and help manage your time.
These updates are coming first to customers in the Monthly Channel (Targeted) and Targeted Release program in the next few weeks
this from Microsoft Outlook.
