The feature to find people from a specific persona across all targeted companies is very useful. To get started, open a company page on LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Go to the "People" tab on that page. Here, you can set filters based on your target persona, like job title, location, etc. After setting the filters, Navigator will suggest similar people from all your saved accounts. This feature helps you avoid the time-consuming task of searching through each company individually, making your search process much more efficient.

You can tweak the list to focus on your ideal contacts, save the ones that look promising, and then send them a message. It also lets you know what they’re up to, so you can follow up at the right time. Example: Let’s say you’re after Directors in Risk Management at banks. Sales Navigator will show you people in those roles. You filter it down, save a few leads, and then start reaching out. Easy and direct.

It heps the sales team to find the right prospect for their product & the services throught it's filter. Teams can easily filter out their prospect on the basis of their Geography, Industry, Company Size, Seniority level and decission making ability.

Finding leads across various industries. Their technology, only 30% accurate, in my experience, delivers phone numbers and email for cold sales calls. Zoominfo is a superior product in this field along with Lusha and Winmo.
