I’m an Online Business Manager with a small team of freelancers. We use CU across the board with all our clients. One login and we each have access to every project and task. I personally use it to keep my own business and personal/family projects organized. I’m even thinking of introducing it to my kids to help them breakdown their school projects as they’re becoming more involved especially the grade 8 preparing for high school next year.
CU also helps my ADHD brain stay on task as it chunks the work into smaller more manageable pieces and steps

However, some features have a recall limit and these features are essential for serious use.
If you are considering Click-Up, I recommend trying out the free Click-Up plan and making your decision. The productivity of ClickUp is very reasonable compared to the subscription cost.

Question on: Bugasura
Bugasura app?
When can we expect smartphone apps for the same product? Also, what new features are coming in the future?
Hey Rohit,
Thanks for these important questions. As of now we have a reporter app for Android and Chrome. We will definitely work on the iOS one as well in the future.
As for the new features, these are things in our pipeline:
1. Whatsapp API integration : Modern teams chat a lot over Whatsapp. By integrating Bugasura with Whatsapp, we want to enable a way for our users to report bugs or comment via Whatsapp. This is in R&D right now.
2. Performance improvements : This is happening sooner. Maybe in 2 weeks from now. We are upgrading our servers and improving performance front end and backend. We are aiming for less than 100ms end to end response times for key actions our users take. We should be live in 3 weeks.
3. Gamification : We want to encourage people to move bugs fast. Plenty of orgs who move slow sit on a lot of backlogs. We want to enable people in a fun way to not sit on plenty of backlogs and move as many bugs as possible to closure, faster. So gamification is going live in 6 weeks.
