I still follow-up just in case. However, many have false names, emails and phone numbers. Some provide contact information for another person, which causes concern for that individual. Hi Patty! We are trying our best to eliminate spam leads from Placester. All of our customers that have a Placester Codeless website have access to: - a double opt-in system for all new leads - every person has to verify their email address, - a ReCaptcha on all Codeless forms, so it's impossible for bot traffic to get through it. I was talking with our Support Team, and our specialist will contact you soon to figure out what else we can do to filter these spam leads. To the right side of the page there is a block that says "More Actions" click on that and a dropdown window will open. In that dropdown is the option to delete contact. Hi Michael, Creating a report to share with clients is free and easy with Crexi. 1. Search for listings 2. Save properties you want to share by clicking the star and adding them to a group 3. Access your saved property group using the nav bar or here: https://www.crexi.com/dashboard/groups 4. Click on the group you want to share with your client 5. Click the three-dot menu and click "Print Group" Our platform will generate a print-friendly pdf for you to save or share with your clients.
