It will keep track of all your prospects, sphere, new leads and you will use the automatic default campaigns that will email, text, and remind you to call...to "touch" your leads and turn them into clients! This is a great question. To answer, I would say "yes and no." Technically, Google and Facebook do not have the functionality to set ads to display for areas based on price point. That being said, we target our ads for areas that our clients specify. So, in a way, we are marketing based on specific price points if you're picking a specific area or areas within your market that have a higher average price point. Additionally, one you have a lead, we track all of that consumer's behavior and present it to you in the backend. We provide you the ability to reverse prospect and identify leads in your database that are searching for homes that match a price point that you specify. So for example, if you want to find leads in your database that are searching for homes above $500k in a specific neighborhood or area, you can do that. From the list that BoomTown responds, you can send bulk emails or texts, or simply call through the list. Long story short: yes, we certainly do provide ways for you to market to certain price points in your area!
