When we deleted him, all of his signatures were removed from the documents he signed. Is there a setting that we need to adjust? Or is this a software error? I think you would have just been able to deactivate the user to remove their access and that way the signatures would have stayed on the documents. When hovering over a file you'd like to download, right-click and select the option "download as pdf". Hi Vaishakh, You can proceed with scanning or transcribing documents to generate soft copies of the files in your system. You can then easily upload them to the Document Library in Convene by simply dragging the files from your desktop straight to the Admin Portal. Convene's Document Library supports multiple file types, allowing you to centralize all your resources in one location. Administrators are able to organize and manage the files and folders in the Document Library. They can also set access control permissions for individual users or committees on a folder, subfolder, or individual document level. To instantly locate any file among hundreds of files and folders uploaded in Convene, directors and administrators can also utilize Enterprise Search, allowing them to easily search through large volumes of data.
