Stock and 3rd party sound sets can be imported into studio one with its built in function. Taskbar > Studio One > Options > Options (on bottom, not Song Setup) > Locations (at top) > Sound Sets. Stock sound sets can be downloaded from my.presonus.com under the 'products' tab at the top after logging in. I'm not sure where to get the sound sets other than from Presonus directly.

Reaper’s free and fully-functional trial period lasts for 60 days. After the trial period you will get a pop-up advising you it’s time to purchase a license. After a 5 second delay, the program will then allow you to continue using it in a fully functional state. However, it’s highly advised to purchase after the trial period. If you make less than $20K a year on your music, a license is only $60. Due to the 2020 pandemic, Cockos is also offering free licenses that are valid through Jan 2021 in order to promote social distancing. The license can be procured at the Reaper website.
