We set up all our events for online registration. Once members understood that paying/reserving etc was easier, they began using the entire system more. Also, we began a weekly newsletter which linked back to the site and have had tremendous success with that. Answered: Lisa Adkins on March 3, 2020 We (International Guild of Musicians in Dance) migrated from another platform, and it was pretty straight forward. Also, CE's customer support was very helpful throughout the whole process. Basically, we exported our member information from the old platform, then formatted it in a spreadsheet, sent that to CE and they bulk uploaded the member information to our new site. It was painless. I have asked this question myself! I think we need to keep making suggestions to the support team as they do seem to stay on top of updates. I have found the most frustrating thing to be that "Queued for immediate delivery" can literally mean hours! Hi Dr. Loubna Noureddin! Thank you for asking this question. My name is Jasmine and I'm a Research Analyst at G2. One of my focuses on the site is real estate and association management. Starting from version 8.1 of ClubExpress, within the emailings function of the product, you can now take advantage of the option to "save" the email you've been building as a template. You can also schedule times and frequencies of those emails. You can find all this within the Emailing Administration module of ClubExpress; find "Configure" display within that module, to access the drop down menu. "Configure" can only be accessed by full administrators or module coordinators. Thank you again for asking this question. I hope that helped.
