With Odoo Fleet, you won’t need any specialized tracking system for company vehicles. This app allows you to keep a close eye on your fleet in just a few clicks. It’s really that simple! Now you can manage everything through our user-friendly administrative system. Which consists of: fuel log entries, costs, and many other features that are necessary for the efficient management of your company’s vehicles. You can also use Odoo Fleet to manage leasing, and all other contracts, with ease. Supervise all contracts for your vehicles and receive a warning email when contracts reach their expiration date. There are also several visual tools in place to ensure that you’ll remember to renew (or end) your contract. Organize services around the vehicles, and communicate with quality service providers, as well as manage invoices and notes. You can also set up a vehicle policy within your company. In addition to that, you can set up an insurance policy, in order to manage your fleet in the most efficient way possible. Don’t waste time with multiple applications. You can now show all costs associated with a given vehicle, or with a type of service. Users can compare different types of costs (which vehicles cost the most; which services have been performed on which vehicles; etc.) by using the reporting tool. This offers up helpful insights about the effective return of each vehicle, in order to improve your fleet investments. Odoo Time-Off: Odoo Time-Off is a management tool designed to help users efficiently manage employee vacations, absences, and everything in between! Manage leaves and keep track of vacation days taken by each employee. Employees enter their requests, and managers approve and validate them, all in just a few clicks. Pretty simple, right? When that’s done, the agenda of each employee is automatically updated accordingly. Managers can get a view of their whole team leaves in one complete view. This helps keep the team as organized as possible, and it becomes much easier to forecast the distribution of tasks during absences. The simple reporting tool in Odoo Time-Off is incredible. You can create reports in a single click for every leave request; each complete with a detail per request type, employee, department, and even for the whole company.
