I want as an admin to complete the integration processes easier. Sometimes the more steps make me confused.

Yes, my best advice is to finalize the functionality you want to do in the drawing board than create more zaps and tests.

I need to run an operation, but after certain time has passed after there is a trigger or an event. As for now, I can't find a solution to delay this action. I need to fiind a way to delay action after a trigger has been initialized.

It's not possible to do this directly, as the maximum delay is around 5 minutes. You can however create workaround solutions for this.
