How can I use one long audio file with lip-syncing?
Is there an easy way to have one long audio file of dialogue between two characters synced to their mouths without breaking it up?
Re-assign it in every scene
You will have to split the audio at the point where the other character begins talking. You can do this in Vyond.

If there is ever a drop in lip-syncing across clips, copy and paste the last working character into the current clip. This will carry over the associated syncing.

Right-click on the audio file in the timeline and select Settings, then pick the character you want to animate with voice.

Can you have your own templates to upload to POWTOON from PPT?
I have a template that I want to use as a background but it is in PPT format, that is, PowerPoint, and sometimes I need to use it since it is a corporate template. That said, I want to upload it to Powtoon with the intention of not having to redo the entire template again and also not losing the corporate colors. This would be very helpful, perhaps this option is available by paying a fee or maybe by using another type of format to upload the template to my account and continue editing the presentations.
Yes - I would say you should save the template as an image. Then upload it to Powtoon and use it there.

What is the best way to share animations with colleagues through the platform?

With the Enterprise Platform 2.0 you have a collaboration capability with 2 options:
1. simply invite the person via email in a view only mode
2. Invite a person or a team of people around the World via email in edit mode
You may have everyone working on the exact same video at the exact same time, like google doc.
