AI Agents For Business Operations Discussions
Teams usually make unstructured content usable by extracting key fields (for example, renewal dates from contracts or totals from invoices) so the data can drive downstream processes. AI can speed this up by summarizing files, answering questions about what’s inside, and extracting structured data at scale. With a secure, enterprise-grade AI layer from Box AI and AI-powered data extraction from Box Extract, teams can pull structured data from documents, spreadsheets, and even media—while staying aligned to existing access controls.
How do teams assess the accuracy of Box AI and Box Extract across different document types? What processes do they use to validate and improve extraction over time for complex content?
Intelligent content management helps teams centralize unstructured files (like financial reports, HR records, and policy documents) so they can find information faster, reduce duplicate efforts, and keep work moving through consistent review and approval steps. Many organizations start with shared drives and point tools, but struggle with content sprawl, disconnected systems, and stringent governance requirements. Box brings together Content + AI to deliver secure cloud storage with AI-powered data extraction and workflow automation to streamline mission-critical workflows.
How do teams measure the real-world impact of intelligent content management? Which workflows see value first, and what metrics define success over time?
Hey everyone!
I’m a small business owner of a retail brand, and together with my team, I’m exploring the best AI agent platforms to automate workflows and streamline business operations using conversational intelligence. After going through reviews and leader listings on G2’s AI Agents for Business Operations, here are 5 tools that consistently came up for their agentic power and ease of use/low-code capabilities in the G2 buyer insights:
- Microsoft Copilot (Enterprise fit) – Embedded across 365 apps, it automates reporting and routine tasks. But does it work well if you’re not fully in the Microsoft ecosystem?
- Twixor (Enterprise fit) – Strong automation engine with high user satisfaction. But is it reliable for complex, multi-department workflows?
- Kore.ai (Enterprise fit)- Powerful conversational AI with deep integrations. But for smaller teams, is the setup too heavy to justify the payoff?
- Podium (SMB fit) – I liked how simple it was for automating customer communication with SMS and chat. Reviewers highlight cost-effectiveness, but can it extend beyond customer-facing workflows?
- GPTBots.ai (SMB fit) – Great for building quick, task-specific bots with APIs. Users call it flexible — but is the ROI measurable in time saved, or just convenience?
Now I’d love to hear from the G2 community: When evaluating AI agent platforms for workflow automation, what’s the most important factor for you?
- Price vs. value
- Ease of use / low-code setup
- Breadth of integrations
- Scalability & ROI
Have you tried any of these tools, and if so, did they actually move the needle on automating your workflows?
Also, in terms of workflow automation, do I really need to consider business segment angle here or be more use-case specific? Because Twixor and Kore.ai offered pretty strong conversational engines. What do you think?
