Being SAP HCM consultant, if i want to understand the complete document for any country where do i find it, e.g. i want to understand the USA payroll in sap point of view and after going those document i am able to implement it individually, that crystal clear documents required., similarly for any country.

What is the best way to record employee's training sessions or how they can do it directly in Personio?
We need to have all the training sessions completed within the job for each employee. Also It will be important to have all key training certificates and sessions completed by the employee in his/her file.
