Question on: IBM watsonx.data intelligence
What is IBM Watson Knowledge Catalog?
Overview
IBM Watson® Knowledge Catalog is a cloud-based enterprise metadata repository that lets you catalog your knowledge and analytics assets, including machine learning models and structured and unstructured data wherever they reside, so that they can be easily accessed and used to fuel data science and all forms of AI.
For selected source types, Watson Knowledge Catalog can automatically discover and register data assets at the provided connection. As assets are added to the catalog, they are automatically indexed and classified, making it easy for users such as data engineers, data scientists, data stewards and business analysts to find, understand, share and use the assets. AI-powered search and recommendations guide users to the most relevant assets in the catalog based on understanding of relationships between assets, how those assets are used, and social connections between users.
Watson Knowledge Catalog also provides an intelligent and robust governance framework that lets you define and enforce data and access policies to ensure that the right data go to the right people.
Through the Watson Knowledge Catalog Business Glossary, users can create a common business vocabulary and associate them to your assets, policies and rules, providing the bridge between the business domain and your technical assets.

Question on: Meshy
How are you handling messy topology from Meshy text-to-3D outputs?
Meshy can really speed up 3D modeling with fast text-to-3D generation and AI-powered texturing that saves hours of manual work while still looking high quality. The main struggle for me is that topology can come out messy, especially on complex objects or characters, and it takes a lot of manual cleanup before it feels animation-ready. For those using Meshy, what workflows or cleanup steps help you get from disorganized wireframes to usable topology?
i have about 33 models on meshy ai that i rigged and have them on my social, always use A pose always clear back ground and use white, remove back packs and any gear that can be modeled or grabbed separate, like a vest or hat or a bag, model them as a different model apart from the character, if you still get topology and geometry issues tell meshy ai "ensure the model has clean topology and geometry to ensure i can rig the model" that is how i have been fixing holes in mesh or over laps. character must be in A pose for best reference. and use chat gpt to clean the images up does amazing co work together

Question on: SketchUp
What is SketchUp used for?
What is SketchUp used for?
SketchUp is a versatile 3D modeling software used for a variety of purposes, including architectural design, interior design, landscape architecture, engineering, product prototyping, urban planning, and game design. Its intuitive interface and extensive plugin library make it ideal for creating detailed models, visualizing concepts, and even preparing designs for 3D printing. It’s widely utilized by professionals in construction, education, and entertainment, as well as hobbyists working on DIY projects.
What I primarily use SketchUp for is extremely quick concept ideas for the construction of a project or the explaining of a project. The programs easy toolbar allows for multiple iterations to be created allowing for a better understanding of whatever is being designed. I have used this method for full scale buildings, tiny houses, chicken coups, all the way down to planter boxes. You can make the concepts rough and unpolished, or you can get a great level of detail through putting in extra time. V-Ray also is compatible allowing for realistic views of the concept that was created.
SketchUp is a 3D modeling software primarily used for creating, visualizing, and sharing three-dimensional designs across various industries.
Professionals employ SketchUp to build detailed 3D models of buildings, interiors, furniture, landscapes, and products, starting from basic shapes and adding realistic elements like textures, lighting, and shadows.
